Cancellation Policy

Months with 5 weeks in them: You pay for 4 lessons per month, but we will still go ahead and do five lessons in months with five weeks in them. (The fifth lesson has the function of a make-up lesson for eventual missed classes; see below). Now Show Policy: If you do not show up, there is no make-up lesson. However, if you give at least 72 hours notice, such as before a vacation or a doctor's appointment, I will either (a) "use" a fifth lesson (as described above) or (b) refund the missed class.
